Hello - My card was charged $99.50 after the 15 day trial and I have no desire to use your product. I have sent a couple emails and still not received a response or confirmation that I can get my money back. Your website was very unclear on how to actually cancel the trial, not listing that part of the process was actually deactivating your account. I know that you say that you're authorized to bill our accounts, but it would be VERY helpful if you could explicitly list how to fully cancel the trial rather than expecting people to come to the conclusion that you must deactivate the account. I'm very disappointed and I would greatly appreciate if I could get a full refund - I do not want your service at all. My email is email@example.com. Thank you.
