Hello!
We are not aware of any general problem at this time - the problem may be specific to the way you use the Vocalware API or another issue in your application. Another possibility may be that your account is out of audio streams.
We need more information to assist - can you post the generated URL of the audio that does not play?
Please also open a support ticket at support@vocalware.com - and send us the same information.
Best regards,
Gil

Seriously though - you can produce near infinite variations of the voices by using SSML tags in the text to direct the voice engine to change the pitch, the rate and other attributes.
Use the percentage values to achieve finetuned control & experiment with different values.
You can see a few examples at the bottom of the vocalware demo page -
https://www.vocalware.com/index/demo
Click on the "Advanced" button at the bottom.
Let me know how goes or if you need advice.
Best,
Gil

Hi Andrew,
I'm sorry your query was missed.
I seem to recall you also wrote an email to support and I believe we helped you out and resolved the issue.
Please let me know if you still need our assistance with this matter.

Hello -
We offer a separate product called Vocalware Export for companies and content creators looking to integrate our TTS audios into their content.
Vocalware Export offers a secure portal in which you can select your voice try out your audio, then generate and download it as an MP# file.
Note that Vocalware license does not support this use case - it only permits online playback fromour servers. The Vocalware Export product on the other hand does support it.
If you are interested in Vocalware export - send us a note to sales@oddcast.com.
Best,
Gil
