Hi Evonna,

Those voices were removed & replaced on Nov. 19th 2017.

Regards,

Gil

Hi Evonna -

Yes she is - and the voice is marked as such in the documentation as well as the user interface.

If you see anywhere in the product where the voice is incorrectly identified - please let me know.

Thanks as always for your feedback!

Best,

Gil

Hello Evonna!

In the documentation, and in the Demo page, these 3 voices are listed more generally as "American" Spanish.

Do you think this is a mischaracterization?

I did not find anywhere where Ximena is described as Castilian - if you can direct me to where you saw this error then we will of course correct it.

As usual - thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated.

Best,

Gil

Hello Bruno,

Those voices are unavailable due to a technical problem & were temporarily replaced with other European Portuguese male and female voices. The replacement voice shows up automatically, to prevent problems.

We're working on a solution - to restore these two voices.

Gil

Hello None Sal -

The voices in Arabic, like the voices in our other languages are not of uniform quality or character.

Some may be suitable for some purpose, some for others.

I encourage trying all the voices. Also you may want to consider using SSML tags to alter speed and introduce breaks in the speech per your preference.

Please see at the bottom of the demo page some SSML tag usage examples -

Hope this helps,

Hi Evonna -

Not there yet - we'll see what we can do in the next few weeks. This issue is on our list.
