The payment has been made but the streams does not appear
When I created the account to use the Api, they asked me for the card and immediately the $ 99.5 equivalent to S / 343.77 (PEN) was deducted on October 9th. The 40K streams are not included in my account.
I sent a message requesting the refund through its website but to date I have not received a response. I used a debit card.
