I had charged because I forget to cancel the trial, and I had send a email to support to request a refund last week, but I still can't get a response until today. Could anyone please give me a response?

Sounds like finally putting our technology to good use... :-)
Seriously though - you can produce near infinite variations of the voices by using SSML tags in the text to direct the voice engine to change the pitch, the rate and other attributes. 
Use the percentage values to achieve finetuned control & experiment with different values.

You can see a few examples at the bottom of the vocalware demo page -

Click on the "Advanced" button at the bottom.

The payment has been made but the streams does not appear

When I created the account to use the Api, they asked me for the card and immediately the $ 99.5 equivalent to S / 343.77 (PEN) was deducted on October 9th. The 40K streams are not included in my account.


I sent a message requesting the refund through its website but to date I have not received a response. I used a debit card.

Hello Bruno - 

This problem is under investigation. Until fixed - we've automatically substituted other voices for the 2 affected Portuguese voices. You don't need to do anything to take advantage of this temporary workaround.


When the issue is addressed, we will restore the original voices.

We are trying to get the API to work with our server. The domain we use for our server is .center

.center is not one of the extensions that are supported. Is it too hard for you to add?

Bobby - we have implemented and deployed a code update to enable domain suffixes previously blocked.

.center domain suffix should work now.
