Hello!

Engine 3 voices are no longer available in Vocalware, this includes the Korean voice "Hyeryun"

However - existing customers who have previously used these voices before, may continue to use them.

To receive a list of the engine 3 voice IDs, please send a note to our support team at - support@vocalware.com

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Gil

Hello Julien,

Due to licensing considerations some voices are no longer offered (and others have been added, and more being added)

That said -

Pre-existing customers MAY CONTINUE TO USE the voices that have been removed, including Hugh.

To receive the old API voice table, with the old voices, please send a note to support@vocalware.com - and ask for it.

Hope this helps,

Gil

Thank you Kayrom for your feedback!

Thank you for the kind suggestion. We are considering how to do that and still maintain the pricing level that our customers are used to.

One of the benefits of Vocalware, is being significantly more affordable than other leading services. Check out Amazon Poly pricing for example - and try to convert their "per-character" pricing to our "per stream" model - bearing in min that each of our streams can be up to 600 characters long. See how it compares.

As we look for ways to provide additional voices, one of our goals is to maintain our affordable pricing.

Regards,

Gil

Hello Waleed!

Engine 3 voices are no longer being offered in Vocalware.

However, existing customers can keep using these voices without interruption or limit.

If you are an existing customer, your implementation is unaffected. Contact support@vocalware.com to receive an earlier version of the API documentation that lists those voices.

Separately, we added a large number of new voices, not previously offered (Engine 4). The new voices are not meant to be one-to-one replacements and have different names to avoid confusion.

Hope this helps,

Regards

Gil
